It is a strong lead and being a bit longer enables you to wrap it round your hand for control but at other times the dog can have a longer run on it. It is comfortable to hold even with a pulling excitable puppy! I would recommendI don’t think it’s going to last long with puppy teeth chewing away. Would be better if the lower end was coated in tough plastic or something. But the lead is as described and a brilliant colour. Long enough for a tall person to hold tooThis lead is 1.8M and a perfect length for me to be in control of my dog and giving her some room to move about. A long line was too much. I especially needed the clip/clasp to be fairly small and not too heavy as she is a smallish dog and this is great, very robust. A good buy!I bought 2 of these in the large size and returned them immediately. They looked like clips would snap if my dogs lunged. I couldn't take the risk with what appears to me as a weak inferior made item. This is based on my experience as an engineer.
